Q 1 Wonder if you accept small orders? What is your MOQ?
A : Yes, our MOQ is low, 50-1000pcs per different product. we accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to contact us.
Q 2 Can I get a sample?
A Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.
Q 3 Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
A Yes, cheaper prices with bigger size orders.
Q 4 How long is the sample lead time?
A : For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your designs or custom logo or package etc., it takes 3-15 days, sample mold time needs to take 10- 15 days if there needs open a new sample mold.
Q 5 What mode of payment do you usually accept?
A : Paypal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, LC, etc. are all accepted. 30% deposit payment,70% balance before shipping.
Q 6 How long is the production lead time?
A : If ready spot products available,ship out in 3-5 days, if new production,It takes 7-15 days for normal quantity, If customers need to deliver a large order in a short time, we will try to get an earlier delivery date.
Q 7 How much is the freight charge?
A : We can offer economic freight as we have a long-term relationship with our shipping forwarder, we will suggest a suitable way to you.To save cost for you and get goods earlier, we recommend to deliver by express for small quantity. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
Q 8 What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.

1） Our experienced R&D staff considers the production method when designing products, so the quality can be easily controlled.
2） The QC team has incoming material inspectors, in-production inspectors, and final inspectors for the packaging line before shipment.
Third-party inspection companies inspect some orders.
3). We have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make a summary according to these records,
